Apple - Projects
I’m currently a UX designer in Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) division, where I design internal tools that empower business leaders to make smarter budget and workforce allocation decisions.
My Role
While I can’t show the designs due to confidentiality, I’ve focused on outlining the challenges I tackled, my approach to solving them, and the impact of those solutions after launch.
Quick Heads Up
Streamlined Budget Allocations
The Problem
Business planners use an internal tool to prioritize which projects receive funding each fiscal year. However, the tool’s complexity and click-heavy workflows made it difficult for facilitators to allocate budgets efficiently.

Optimized Workforce Planning
The Problem
Resource managers need visibility into how employees and contractors are allocated in order to staff projects effectively. However, information was scattered across multiple pages and tabs, making it difficult to see a full picture of worker commitments. This often led to over- or under-allocation of workers.

HR Platform Launch
The Problem
Employees across the company relied on a fragmented set of legacy HR tools - built over 10+ years ago and managed by separate teams. With the rollout of a centralized HR platform, employees needed clear and coordinated guidance to understand what was changing and what actions they needed to take, and when.
